Аuthorized capital of RUR 557,208,000 (five hundred and fifty seven million two hundred and eight thousand) divided into 557,208,000 (five hundred and fifty seven million two hundred and eight thousand) common shares with a par value of RUR 1 (one) each.

Three share issues have been made:

• The first issue was registered on October 30, 1992 by financial authorities of the Tyumen Region, number 1171-1P-37. A total of 575,223 shares were issued with a par value of RUR 1 each.

• The second issue was registered on July 11, 1996 by financial authorities of the Tyumen Region, number 67-1-1064. A total of 1,985 shares were issued with a par value of RUR 1 each.

• The third issue was registered on August 2, 1996 by financial authorities of the Tyumen Region, number 67-01-1073. A total of 576,630,792 shares were issued with a par value of RUR 1 each.

In accordance with Russian Federal Securities Commission decree No. 04-82/r of January 16, 2004, the above-mentioned share issues were merged and the state registration numbers of these emissions were annulled. The consolidated issues were re-assigned state registration number 1-01-00077-F on January 16, 2004.
