The charter capital of UTair Aviation JSC is 577,208,000 rubles divided into 577,208,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 1 ruble each.

Three share issues have been completed:

Initial issue registered on 30.10.92 by the Tyumen region financial authorities, #1171-1P-37. 575,223 shares were issued with a par value of 1 ruble each.

The second issue registered on 11.07.96 by the Tyumen region financial authorities, # 67-1-1064. 1985 shares were issued with a par value of 1 ruble each.

The third issue registered on 02.08.96 by the Tyumen region financial authorities, #67-01-1073. 576,630,792 shares were issued with a par value of 1 ruble each.

According to the decree of the Russian Federal Securities Commission of 16.01.2004 #04-82/r the above mentioned share issues were merged, their state registration numbers annulled and the new state registration number 1-01-00077-F was issued on January 16 2004.

Stock market

UTair Aviation shares circulate on the stock exchange markets both in Russia and abroad.
The main domestic stock exchange for the Company shares is Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX). The Company shares have been traded since December 1999 under UTAR code.

UTair Aviation shares have completed the listing procedure and have been included into Quotation list A Level 1 of MICEX CJSC since February 20th, 2012.

ADR program

The 1st level ADR program was registered on May 26, 1998. Each ADR corresponds to 100 ordinary shares in UTair Aviation JSC.

The Bank of New York acts as a depositary bank. UTair ADRs are traded under the trading code UAIRY on the OTC markets in New York, Frankfurt and Berlin.

The airline has 577,208,000 ordinary shares with par value of 1 ruble each.
