- Strengthening the airline’s position among the leading international helicopter operators;
- Integration into the global helicopter community through a harmonization of standards and technology and cooperation with global helicopter operators;
- Entering new international markets, primarily in South-East Asia and Europe;
- Maintaining a dominant position on the Russian regional market in Western Siberia;
- Offering new, forward looking and profitable services to customers, primarily oil and gas companies.
Passenger transportation
- Maintaining no less than the third position among Russian airlines in the domestic passenger transportation market with a market share of no less than 10%;
- Achieving a margin of 10%;
- Entering new domestic and international markets by creating and offering new services;
- Fleet modernization through the purchase of new short and medium-haul aircraft.
